Guac Guac Guacamole!!! That’s what the kids sing every time I make guacamole, they do a little dance too!! I have been making guacamole for a long time. It’s really easy and quick takes not time at all and the kids can help too. Tyler and Alyssa scooped the avocados into bowl after I cut it in half and removed the pit. They take turns squeezing lime juice and mixing everything up. Fun Times!!

Ingredients
5-6 soft avocados how to choose a ripe avacodo
juice from 1 lime
1 medium size tomato
1/2 onion
2-3 tablespoons chopped cilantro (optional)
salt
pepper
garlic powder

Directions
1. Dice tomatoes and onion
2. Cut each avocado in half, working around the pit. Separate the avocado halves and remove the pit.
3. Scoop the avocado flesh out of the skins.
4. Use a fork to mash the avocados until smooth or chunky if you like it that way, it is completely up to you.
5. Squeeze in juice from 1 lime
6. Add tomatoes and onions.
7. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Add a little at a time!
Serve immediately with tortilla chips.

Yep, me again, replying! I’m sure you’ll get sick of me soon. :p

As always, the picture looks amazing. You must tell me what type of camera and lens you use. I can’t get that close of a shot with my camera…guess I just need the right lens.

This weekend i’m going to make one of these delicious recipes of yours and tell you how it came out. (or at least i’m gonna try).

I know what you mean…I feel that way with my website…but it serves its purpose of family/friends site for pics of our kids…the only bad thing is I don’t post enough. Always seem too busy with something. I really need another or a secondary purpose for the site. I am getting into scrapbooking, but haven’t done anything with that yet either…then again, I am going to the new carrier out in Virginia next year…I can always post about my adventures there…something….and here I go a ramblin….LOL

I should at least ‘try’ to post something every few days…LOL, I know that is what will bring visitors to my page.
