Happy Fourth of July!! I love the Fourth of July, it’s my favorite holiday! Today we are at my aunt and uncle house enjoying the hot Texas sun and the pool!! We have a ton of food. Several different desserts; cakes, cookies, cupcakes…the list goes on. My uncle is the king of the grill so he has cooked; spare ribs, chicken legs, sausage…and a few more things and alone with his homemade BBQ sauce, it’s to die for! One more thing, plenty of beer, mango tangos and margarita!! Today is a good day! I will try to take pictures of all the food before it gets eaten, but I can’t make any promises. In the next few days I will post the recipe for our favorite margarita and my aunt’s new love the mango tango! It’s a drink she had in Mexico; ever since she returned from vacation she has tried to recreate it, last weekend we finally go it right! I’m going to try to post a few pictures later of all of the food but for now enjoy the Fourth of July!!
