Pumpkin butter is my fav as well. I’ve only made apple butter at home – think it’s time I try making pumpkin butter!

Thanks for the recipe. I was actually looking for one to try to re-invent my pumpkin bars recipe. I am going to try to use pumpkin butter instead of the oil. We will see how that will work.
